a few weeks ago, just moments after i asked if i really saw what i thought i saw, i posted a quick note about the superbowl halftime show. my complaint was that CBS would air ms. jackson’s breast but not the moveon ad. i didn’t give much thought to it after that, although millions of americans apparently did.

frank rich is one of those americans. and he’s one of the very few who, to my mind, has something interesting to say. so head over and read it. and be dazzled by the depths of american hypocrisy.

i’ve always been fascinating by what you see under a microscope, so molecular expressions has the potential to eat up hours of my time. in the pharma category, i especially like this image:
