i noticed all these yellow stains on the white bedspread. they’re exactly the color of snuffy pee. i couldn’t figure out when he’d done it.

then i realized they aren’t snuffy pee. they’re snuffy drool. he has a new tennis ball that he holds in his mouth while he sleeps (like a kid sucking his thumb, i guess), and the drool soaks the ball, which then soaks the bedspread. and the ball is yellow.
