porter has a fee tail in my lap. it would be a fee simple, but as my husband is allergic to cats, it’s quite possible porter won’t have any heirs. (he was neutered at 6 months, so he won’t be having any heirs of the body. but it’s nicer than telling him he’s only got a life estate.)

yay, property. this cat is lucky i find it nearly impossible to disturb a comfortable feline.
